Remember, you pay nothing to an in-network pharmacy for covered drugs - your pharmacy charges will be included on your monthly SimplePay statement. If no result is found when searching your prescription, please contact your Health Valet for assistance. 

Diabetes Medications may require a prior authorization. Weight Management Medications are generally not covered.
